Introduction
We brought the truck to our shop with significant body damage, including major dents, scratches, and structural damage. We inspected the damaged components: left side damage, hood damage, bumper damage, and headlight damage. Hood brackets damage will undergo a replacement as well.
Repair Process
The whole repair process was carried out in three steps as follows:
- 1st step – Repair process – Fiberglass, premium body filler, premium glaze, sanding, masking.
- 2nd step – The installation process.
- 3rd step – Refinish process – Sealer, primer, base coat, clear coat, buffing, and blending.
Conclusion
For the repair of the truck, our team utilized different services and parts replacements. Our team repaired the cowl hood, repaired the headlight bucket, replaced the headlight, installed the grille, installed a new hood mirror, and replaced the fender, replaced the bumper, and the inside reinforcement. The body damage was extensive, and our team had to use advanced techniques to restore the truck to its original condition. We also replaced the damaged hood brackets, ensuring the vehicle was safe and reliable for the customer.
